There were several reasons we chose our home, after viewing numerous properties this house met most of our requirements.

We liked the design of the house, we felt it had character and kerb appeal that most modern property did not have. We particularly liked the size and layout of the kitchen, which is big enough to have a breakfast table and chairs.

The house has two good sized double bedrooms and the third bedroom makes a lovely nursery, or would make an ideal study.
