Property description

Positioned in this highly desirable part of town, is this wonderful semi-detached home.

As you drive up Borden Lane you will begin to realise why this area is so desirable. Being in Borden Lane you will benefit from access to some of the best schools in Sittingbourne, including Highstead and Minterne, along with easy access to the A249, or back into Sittingbourne if you fancy getting the train into work. For those of us that like stretching our legs at the weekend, or evening, then turn right out of your front door and within minutes you are in the country lanes heading towards Bredgar or Bicknor.

As you pull up on the driveway you will see that there is plenty of room for all the family to park, or if you have friends over they won’t have to worry about parking on the road.

As you walk through the home, the open plan lounge area flows nicely into the dining area, which makes life a bit more sociable when it comes to dining. During the summer months the conservatory provides a wonderful place to relax, looking out onto your garden, or if you like to entertain, then why not layout food and drink and invite your friends and family over for a barbecue.

What the Owner says:

We have owned our home in Borden Lane for over thirty years now and we have enjoyed our time here, creating some wonderful memories.

During our time here we have done plenty of work to the home, including adding a garage and conservatory, giving us extra storage and reception area. We have also added the downstairs cloakroom, as family life always required one to help with the morning rush.

We will be sad to leave what has been a wonderful home in a great area, but with changes to our lifestyle the home is slightly too big for us and we are looking to move into something smaller.
