This has been our family home since 1973! I would say it's been in the family for so long because it is such a pleasant place to live. The houses around here have curb appeal and the roads are tree lined, yet with just a short bus ride you're in East Croydon.
I've seen neighbours come and go over the years, however, if they've moved on they have always stayed local due to the great amenities, schools and transport links Shirley has to offer.
This house is a blank canvas for whoever buys it. It is spacious, light, airy and has so much potential. I don't think a family could ask for a better place to live.
