OWNER OPINION
This has been a lovely house in which to live and I will miss sitting in the conservatory with a wonderful view of the peaceful rear garden but unfortunately I am having to move to be nearer to family.

The property is well located for the local amenities of Easingwold, which is a lovely market town. In addition, there is very good access to the A19 and to York and Teesside.
