Living here is wonderful, just round the corner of Surrenden Road, so convenient for town, the bus and of course schools!
I love this sort of shabby chic feel about the place with its views out over the large (which I call) country cottage garden and am sure the new owners will just love it. They might even like that fact a baby grand piano in the dining room doesn’t even seem to take up much space.
I certainly have loved the big kitchen overlooking the garden. The views and the peace and quiet here near the top of the hill makes you feel more like you’re in Surrenden than Patcham. We are one of the few houses remaining that hasn’t converted our loft so there’s space to do that if you wish and you’ll definitely like the views you get!!
