We bought our home as a forever home and have spent over a year having plans drawn up and granted by the council to make it bigger with a two storey extension however our circumstance have changed due to a job relocation which is such a huge shame as we will miss our home and the idea of making the plans come to life.

The location has really worked for us due to the main line station and high street and we were immediately sold on the house as soon as we saw the size of the garden.

In the summer months we are in the garden all the time as it catches the sun whether you sit back and relax due the shear size.
