I bought the house when it was brand new. Having looked at other sites and other houses this place has 3 proper double bedrooms and nowhere in the house feels cramped, it just flows nicely and has lovely views. I suppose the icing on the cake is the fact the driveway and garage are right next to the house; everywhere else I was looking there was either a carport or a allocated space.
The only reason for moving is I am relocating I would love to just pick the house up and take it with me and the neighbours as they have been great too.
