We had only been in the property minutes on our first viewing when we got “the feeling” that this was going to be our new home. There was just something about it.
We had only viewed three before this but knew this was the one. Straight after the viewing we sat outside in the car and called the Estate Agents and placed an offer.
That was ten years ago and we have thoroughly enjoyed our time here. One of the biggest jobs we have undertaken is replacing the double glazing throughout and a new boiler installed.
