Property description

Located in the popular Neville area of the historic town of Lewes, this property offers well presented accommodation.

An open plan lounge and dining area, ideal for modern family life, invites you to get comfortable after a busy day. With patio doors that open out onto a double glazed conservatory the space it offers will be great for entertaining friends and family alike. Of course the peace it will provide will be a bonus too, with the doors closed it becomes a second living room that has a variety of uses if not just to sit and admire the garden view.

The kitchen has room for a table and chairs to enjoy an informal quick breakfast or maybe even a coffee break and a natter. You can watch the children play happily in the attractive garden while you get on with preparing a meal.

With a lovely view across open countryside to the front you can also relax in the knowledge that this is a safe and secure area. Wonderful countryside walks are just across the road from the property, you will be able to walk with the whole family making the most of the relative freedom and country air.

If that wasn't enough the lovely sunny garden will be the prefect place to indulge in a spot of alfresco dining. This really is the 'get away from it all' space.

What the Owner says:

Having moved to Lewes some 16 years ago we have enjoyed the quiet and secluded lifestyle that this property and location has offered us.

It is a great place to bring children up. The town has schools for all stages and having the South Downs so close provides such a peaceful atmosphere to the area. Lewes is a bustling town and there are many places to enjoy a meal or an evening out with friends.

The fantastic transport links into the town centre and beyond are great too, not to mention the mainline train links to London within less than an hour.
