I would hope that the new owner enjoys as many happy years here as I have. The close is very peaceful and a welcome retreat from a busy world. Ideally located within walking distance of the park, nearby fields, fishing lake and convenience stores. I spent many an evening walking the dog across the local fields.

The local villages offers some great watering holes and I've had many a fantastic pub meal over the years. With the coast just 20 minutes drive, easy access to the continent and all the local amenities and countryside, this was an ideal base for many years.
