We bought this home nearly 40 years ago and were initially attracted to it by its location, we can walk to Gidea Park station within 15 minutes which provided us great links into London for our work. The local Ardleigh Green Junior School was important for our young children and instrumental in us choosing this home.
Since owning the home we have consistently redecorated as required and in more recent years have upgraded the boiler and bathroom suite. We have enjoyed many years living here, but have now decided to down size within the local area.
