When we first saw this house it was very run down and needed a complete renovation.
We decided to make it a home we wanted, with a third bedroom to allow for guests or as an occasional study.
I play the drums so having a garden room was mandatory. The outhouse is double glazed and insulated as not to upset the neighbours, but looking at it, it's a great studio or office.
We spent lots of money making this house a family home, because it's right next to town we can get to school and the supermarket within minutes. Whilst we are next to town we actually don't get a lot of noise here so it really is perfect.
We are looking to move further afield now so hope the next family love our home.
