We really like the location of this house as it is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac keeping you nicely tucked away from passing traffic. However, it is just a short distance to Gravesend town centre where the railway station offers a high speed service to London in just under twenty minutes, hence giving you the best of both worlds.
Over the years we have maintained, refurbished the house and changed the layout to include a downstairs wet room as well as an upstairs bathroom, and so hopefully, there will not be much to do for the new buyer so they should simply just be able to pick their bags up and move straight in.
