When I first bought this property, I was impressed by the quality of the build and all the modern technology throughout the house.
It has been great living in this house. It is a very economical house to run and there is no maintenance work that I have had to carry out, as this has all been covered by the builders (as per the 10 year NHBC). All the rooms are light and airy, and it is a generously spacious great family home.
The only reason for moving, is due to a job relocation. I hope the new owners will enjoy this home as much as we have.
