We have been very happy living here, in the 9 years that we have owned our home. When we first viewed the property there was plenty of room for improvement, and over the years we have brought the property up to date and to a high standard.

We have a wonderful conservatory and replaced the kitchen and bathroom so there is nothing to do but move straight in. The house has cavity wall and loft insulation.

The location is superb, being on the Ferring borders, the local shops and schools are not far away yet it is a very quiet area.
