When I was looking for my family home, location meant everything to me. The close proximity of West Ewell school and Ewell Court Park Park, made this house a clear winner from the ones that I had viewed.

Knowing that I had the option to extend the property should I need to was always useful but as it turned out, I never had to as the house was large enough for my two children.

I have honestly enjoyed living here and raising my family. The neighbours have always been friendly and I will be sad to leave, but as my children have flown the nest, I feel it’s time for somebody new to enjoy the house as much as I have.
