For us to be able to live in a great, convenient position is ideal. The fact that this house was brand new was even better.
We'll miss being able to stroll to the town or the station. We find that when we park the car on a Friday we rarely need it until Monday!

We haven't had to do anything since moving in. We imagine the next property will not be as easy to live in.
