We bought this house 20 years ago. We were attracted to the quiet cul-de-sac location and the fabulous views from the front. We are close to town and the train station and there are plenty of lovely walks nearby.
We have improved the house over the years to include a 2 storey extension and also bought outright the solar panels on the roof at the back of the house. These generate an income but also reduce the bills to only the electricity used in the evenings which makes the outgoing bills far more cost effective.
The house has had some very happy memories bringing up our children.
