We bought this house around 15 years ago due to the space it offered as it was much larger than other properties we had viewed and also because of the fantastic views.

Since living here we have done quite a lot of work including adding the conservatory, entrance hall and bathroom and re-configured upstairs to make three bedrooms as originally there were two.

It is a lovely location and the neighbours are very friendly and there is a real community feel. Due to specialist schooling requirements we have moved away from Dorking and we are selling with no chain.
