We moved here 6 years ago as we liked the cul-de-sac location and it was the only house that gave us the space that we wanted. It needed such a lot of work back then and we have totally transformed it over the years with absolutely everything having been done from top to bottom. As we planned to stay here we have done everything to a high standard from the kitchen and bathroom down to the wood flooring and carpets. We installed a top of the range "Stovax Riva 55" multi fuel stove, HETAS certified and complete with an antique granite hearth we know the new owners will enjoy every minute of it. People don't move from this close very often and it didn't take us long to realise why. It's a lovely peaceful location with easy reach of the town centre.
