Property description

If your next move is all about location then this house will be right up your street. Perfectly located for the town centre as well as Dorking Mainline and Dorking Deepdene stations, you could soon get used to the convenience of living somewhere like this. Equally families are well catered for too with the Ashcombe school being just a short walk from here. If relaxing to you is cosy evenings with your feet up in front of a roaring fireplace then the lounge will not disappoint! If entertaining is more your thing, then you are also in luck as there is somewhere completely separate to have friends and family over for dinner. The chef of the home will relish the size of the kitchen as there is plenty of room to get stuck into the recipe books in here and cook up a storm. There is also scope to turn the store rooms at the side into some extra living space if needed. If you find yourself with a house full, there is no need to worry as there is plenty of room for everyone to stay. With three good size bedrooms upstairs and some pretty impressive views from the two front ones, space is certainly not an issue with this home. The talking point for this property though has to be the garden - having been lovingly re-designed it is now a fantastic place for the kids to play safely and there is so much room that you can entertain friends and family, watch the kids tire themselves out and "grow your own" all at the same time. Always a popular location for families, houses don't come up here very often and when they do - they are always snapped up!

What the Owner says:

We moved here 4 years ago as we fell in love with the space that this house offered. It was larger than a lot of houses we viewed and even though it needed some work, we could totally see ourselves here as a family. Since living here we have completely transformed the garden. We had it landscaped, built a play area for the kids and created a lovely patio area for barbecues. In fact we are leaving behind our wonderful barbecue too. We even bought our own vines from Denbies and have started growing grapes which we will leave behind as well. We also had solar panels fitted which have made a huge change to our electricity bills and had we been staying would have seen a fantastic return for our investment - something the new owners can benefit from.
