We moved here 37 years ago, snapping it up quickly as we were living in the same road in a maisonette where we had been for 8 years, so we knew the area and were happy to upsize on the doorstep.

It is a pleasant spot in which to live with friendly neighbours, very quiet too as the only traffic is really just that of the neighbours, as the road doesn’t take you anywhere.

We like the fact we can walk to what we need, pick up some fish and chips and it is easy to hop on the motorway or catch a train from here too.
