We looked at quite a lot of houses before choosing this one. This house stood out as being the best one for a number of reasons. Firstly, the location is extremely appealing. Not only is it in a quite/secluded position, it is also only a short drive from access to the motorways and for amenities such as Bluewater and Ebbsfleet International. The area is very peaceful and there is more of a village atmosphere here than you might find in the town.

The garden is also a major factor because it is a nice size and enjoys lots of sunshine throughout the day.
