I love this house and when we came to view, the road really sold it to me. It's so quiet, yet extremely convenient with local bus routes to Croydon and Sutton at the end of the road and I can walk to the station in just a few minutes. Being close to good schools was important to us and the house is ideally located for this.

We added an open fire to the property a couple of years ago and love to cosy up in front of it. The room sizes and high ceilings really appealed and we love the gardens. Having a lawn and space for parking at the front was a massive bonus and the huge private back garden has afforded us many happy times.
