When we first came to view the house, the location was the first thing that convinced us it was our next home. At the time, we both needed access to a mainline train station and this being down the road without being next door, was perfect.
Not only is the house close to the station but it’s even closer to all the local shops. With the Sainsbury’s local round the corner, the Tesco’s superstore a bit further and an array of fantastic Takeaways, we are ever so lucky that a lot of the time we don’t need to take the car out.
With the property itself it was the character that we fell in love with. High ceilings and period features made it an easy decision to buy it!
