I was first attracted to my home by its general character. The half tile-hung walls appealed from the outside and then, walking inside, I was taken by the cottagey feel of the house. I had the windows replaced several years ago so the new owners won't have to worry about doing that.

It's such a convenient location as I can easily walk into the village centre where there is a fantastic range of shops and amenities including the recently built health centre.

I've loved living here for the past 16 years but now it's time for me to find something a little smaller and pass on my home to its new owner.
