OWNERS COMMENTS The excellent location and the gorgeous views attracted me to the house originally and once I had stepped through the front door it was an easy decision to want to live here. Being so close to Cowes town centre is excellent for practical and more fun filled reasons. Nights out with friends and family are made easy here. Getting across to West Quay for a big shopping trip is also something that is a quick and stress free experience. The layout of the property has allowed me to bring in an extra income with the garden flat being a great place to rent out. I have done much to the house in recent times to keep it fresh, modern and uptogether. Having the cloakroom and the en-suite shower room is great for when guests stay over and the balcony is a great place to enjoy the sunshine with a glass of wine whilst taking in the lovely views.
