OWNERS COMMENTS Being within easy reach of Cowes town centre and the Red Jet terminal made this house a brilliant property to buy for the family rental market. It has been a very popular home with tenants queuing up to take the house. It was bigger inside than anything else we saw in Cowes, we were particularly impressed with the size of the bedrooms and the lounge. It is a quiet road to live on, yet also very convenient, as everything you will need for daily, family life is close by. The utility area and cloakroom are popular features that everybody has commented on, along with the open plan kitchen and dining area.
