Property description
Located in arguably the best location in Coopersale is this lovely 3 bedroom 1930’s family home. Potentially it could be extended to give you lots of extra space.
The level, sunny, low maintenance garden is very well established to a high standard. It has been created to achieve a sense of space and privacy.
The property has been modernized, with many original features retained, to enhance the character; including original internal doors and open fireplaces etc. To the rear is a large bright summer room which is very much the heart of the property. It benefits from folding sliding doors and is a great place to relax with the family after a long day.
Locally the public footpath has been restored and connects Coopersale to Epping. This is a lovely walk or cycle route, of approximately 1 mile in length.
The village offers you lots of amenities from the beautiful church in an elevated position overlooking Coopersale Street, to the pre-school and Primary School which are both less than 5 minutes walk away.
The enchanting Epping Forest has an abundance of walks, cycles and bridle tracks and together with its nature reserve makes this a magical place to enjoy the outside life.
What the Owner says:
We moved to Coopersale from Thornwood as we wanted a quiet location in which to bring up our children.
The local school has been great and involves the village in lots of things.
Our garden is our pride and joy and from the conservatory it gives us a great view of the wild life including woodpeckers, finches and many other species.
The village is child friendly , a great location and we have loved living here.
