Having bought the property 10 years ago I had always envisaged living here until I was too old to make it up the stairs. The neighbourhood is so lovely along with friendly neighbours who I am truly going to miss. Other great attributes of this house is its location, with brilliant primary and secondary schools located within walking distance and great bus links to easily get to a central line station within minutes.

I wish I was keeping this house, especially as I have taken a lot of pride and care in ensuring it stays perfect and just recently redecorated, but due to a change of circumstances I have now relocated to Australia and the property is just a little too far away for me to manage.
