We found this property quite by accident - we were not even considering a move! The character and setting of the cottage stood out so much that we couldn't wait to look inside. The cottage was in desperate need of renovation; everything needed updating, but it had such a distinctive warm and inviting feeling that we just wanted to live here. We could see the character and potential and loved it instantly. Many visitors get that same good vibe.
Living here has been perfect, on a shady fruit tree lined 'country' road leading to two village greens gives the feeling of being in the country yet everything including the station, shops, sports clubs are within a 5-10 minute walk. We are also in easy striking distance of the beach in one direction and the woods in the other.
