The house has grown along with the family - we added a large conservatory a few years back and this provides a glorious space to sit, bathed in light from the southerly facing rear garden.Our boys have grown up here and attended the very good local St Andrews School which is a short walk away. They now work in Weymouth and Dorchester which are easily reached by a good bus service with bus stops on Chalbury Roundabout. Also on the roundabout are an excellent wine shop/deli; hairdressers; chemist and an ATM. Within a 10 minute walk you can reach the doctor's surgery; post office and Spar shop.The location is ideal for anyone looking to hit the beach. A fifteen minute leisurely stroll takes you to the fantastic beaches of Weymouth with its water sports and cafe culture.
