I have spent over 15 years in this home and had no regrets at all. The location has been superb and I believe it is one of the best locations in Newport.

The parking is brilliant and my garage will stay which I erected many years ago. When I first came here the windows were poor but I have upgraded them to modern double glazing and with the gas heating, it really is a lovely warm home and ever so economical to run.

I shall miss my home a great deal but I have a job opportunity on the mainland which I can’t turn down. I wish whoever comes here next many happy years ahead of them.
