The rear garden is surprisingly large for a house on the outskirts of the town centre, and there is also space to park the car which is handy when you get home from work or a shopping trip to the nearby supermarkets. The town centre is nearby for all of your daily needs, and there are Primary and Secondary schools close by too. OWNERS COMMENTS The garden, the parking and the convenient location drew us to the house seven years ago when we were looking for our first home. The outside space in particular amazed us, it's a great space to enjoy the sunshine in and a brilliant setting for firing up the barbeque when weather allows. Having the two reception rooms was also a plus, it's nice having a cosy lounge and a separate dining room. We have rented the house out in recent times and we feel that the property is ideally suited to the younger, family market.
