We have had no less than 18 years in our lovely home and over the years have upgraded throughout, so whoever comes here next will not have to lift a finger. We also have installed solar panels which we own outright, and have been a great investment to us - saving us a fortune on our energy bills. We have provided Pittis with a copy of our savings, so on request they will be happy to show you just how little we pay each year for our electric.
It is a tough decision to leave here but we have other future plans now and we hope whoever comes here really enjoys their time here and the low electric bills too! We love walking in the outdoors and from out front door we have taken many strolls through gorgeous countryside and up to the famous Carisbrooke Castle.
