We have been in this property for a number of years. We moved back in 1967 when we had a young daughter, so was looking for a family home. This home offered the space as well as the perfect location. It was close to a number of schools and also walking distance to the City centre. The home did need some work but there was plenty of potential. Over the years there have been several decorational changes. The boiler was replace approximately three years ago and we have also had loft and cavity wall installed. Being here a number of years we are now looking just to move to a different location.
