I have lived here very happily for 46 years now. Even though I have been here for such a long time I can still remember the reasons that we chose this house. We liked the solid 1920’s style, but the main thing was the fantastic location. It only takes me about 10 minutes to walk into town from here. Many improvements have been made to the house over the years but the most recent include the bathroom and the gas fireplace both being replaced approx 2 years ago. The central heating boiler was replaced approx 5 years ago. The area here is now very popular for student lets as it’s so close to Christchurch University.
