I bought this house because I absolutely love the location. It is in the centre of absolutely everything that Broadstairs has to offer. In fact you very rarely need your car as you can pretty much walk to anything you need.
I have recently refurbished the house so hopefully leaving the property where someone can move straight into without the hassle and expense of budgeting for home improvements.
For those with children you could not be in a better position. The majority of Broadstairs most popular schools are within walking distance making those school runs in the morning a lot easier.
