Property description
This beautiful three bedroom Victorian home has so much to offer the lucky new owners that we expect levels of interest to be very high. The property has been well cared for and buyers will find a property in good order whilst the owner has been careful to enhance the properties character and charm.
There is a lovely size dining area which opens up into the beautiful lounge area, so it’s perfect for entertaining. The beautiful log burner will keep you cosy and warm on cold winter evenings and forms the main focal point of the room whilst the lovely bay window allows the room to fill with light.
The kitchen is a real surprise at over 17 feet in length as its rare to have one of this size in a period property unless it has had a modern extension. It also overlooks the large rear garden, so you can always keep an eye on the young ones playing outside whilst you prepare the evening meal.
The bathroom is on the first floor along with the beautiful master bedroom which is a great size, and a another double and a single bedroom. There may also be further scope to extend into the loft space subject to the normal planning consents.
To the front the shingle driveway provides welcome parking for 2 cars, so unlike many owners of period homes you will not need to hunt for a parking space.
What the Owner says:
We were moving out of the London area for a better quality of life, but still needed to be within sensible commuter distance. We were attracted to the Horsham area partly because of its location, but also because of the lower crime rates here and looking towards the future the fantastic local schools. We were able to buy a much bigger property in this area and it didn’t take us long to find our perfect home.
Broadbridge Heath has been a wonderful place to live in, we often walk into Horsham for a night out with friends and there is plenty of lovely countryside nearby which is perfect for walking our dog. We also have very easy access from here to Surrey, Gatwick and the South Coast.
