The lounge and dining rooms are found either side of the front door and both have doors leading to the kitchen/breakfast room giving you the layout that make bringing up children fun! While you’re cooking they can be playing and having the time of their lives then when they’re worn out, lay the table and gather as a family for a relaxing meal.

For bedroom sizes, you’ll not be disappointed either. Two are doubles with a further, good size single so that will cut down on the arguments as to who has which room. Separate bathroom and toilet gives convenience but also the option of knocking through if you wish.

Did we not mention the garden? There’s ample room there for the kids or avid gardeners alike.

This has been my home for over 35 years. My husband and I rented from the council originally and then we took advantage when we were able to buy our home. It’s a good solid home with no plaster board walls like you get in more modern houses and it’s also much larger than the houses you get closer to town so there has never been the temptation to move away.

The garden is lovely. I often put food out and watch from the lounge while birds and foxes scuttle around. The garden does need some attention but we have often sat out at the top where it catches the sun all day long.

All my windows and doors were replaced in October 2015.
