There's so much about this home that has been ideal for my family up to now, not least the fantastic space it offers since it was extended and also its location within the village. The neighbourhood is also very friendly and we all look out for each other which is great.
The children used to walk to school very easily and they naturally love being able to take a dip in the pool. If we fancy a walk in the countryside, the Downs Link is within easy reach and we can finish up at one of the great pubs nearby!
If we need a larger selection of shops and amenities or if we need to catch the train up to London, it's only about 3 miles from Guildford, so it's really convenient.
