!!! OVER £20,000 BELOW HOME REPORT VALUE !!!

Originally built as 4 terraced cottages approx. 150yrs ago for workers in the Clachaig Gunpowder Factory is this semi-detached traditional stone built 3 bedroomed Cottage which enjoys countryside and hill views. Bonnieblink Cottage has been transformed over the years from 3 of the original 4 cottages and has retained many of their original features, comprising a hallway, lounge, kitchen, utility room, bathroom, 3 bedrooms and a separate WC. There is also a large basement for storage and approx. 1/3 acre of land which has a landscaped garden area, fruit trees , a greenhouse, large decking area with a pond and small waterfall feature. The cottage benefits from double glazing and has a private water supply, septic tank for drainage and a solid fuel woodburning stove with back boiler for the central heating and hot water system.

This house in Clachaig, locally known as Glen Lean

Is one of those ones that just has to be seen.

With views of the hills you will see sheep, sometimes deer,

And there's salmon in the river at the right time of year.

Its even nice when it rains, but don't get me wrong.

When the sun is shining its there all day long.

Because it faces south and it's a fantastic sun trap,

Its great sitting out on the deck with a cool drink on your lap.

So why not call Janice and arrange a viewing date,

Because seeing it for real is better than photos, although they are great.

Its name Bonnyblink in Scots means a beautiful view,

You just never know it could be the house that's for you.
