We would say the location here is fantastically convenient; it is an easy walk to Martin Square shops, doctors and post office. There is a good choice of schools and great outdoor leisure facilities such as the Leybourne Lakes Country Park and Larkfield Leisure Centre with its swimming pools and gym.
