This has been a great home for me and I've really enjoyed the fact that it's just so convenient for everything! I never have to worry that I won't find a space to park and when I'm home I never have to use the car because I can walk everywhere.

I've always loved the fact that the layout makes it a little bit quirky and the gardens great too - big enough to have friends for a barbecue and not too big that I can't look after it! It's also really quite here - a very peaceful residential straight.

I shall miss it for these reasons but really wish the new owners the very best!
