My parents absolutely loved the area - the community spirit is really quite special. This is such a family friendly area.
They moved here and rented the property to start with and then bought it later on.
They added a garage and the extension, and have replaced the double glazing where needed. The boiler has been replaced circa 3 years ago and the property has been rewired and a new consumer unit fitted.
My father used to walk to Chipstead station every day commuting to London, and enjoyed the fresh country air on his way home. They felt truly lucky to live in such a wonderful area for such a long time.
I believe that there is the possibility to extend further - either to the side or on the first floor to the rear.
