We have never looked back since moving in here. The property was a project and we have been busy refurbishing ever since. We’ve replaced the boiler, radiators, floor coverings and redecorated throughout. and the rear of the house now provides a fantastic living space with a kitchen area /dining area which also becomes open to the garden room when the new bi-fold doors are open. We have also fitted an alarm, replaced all the internal doors, skirting boards, hot water tank, water pump for better pressure, changed the soffits, facia and guttering and overhauled the roof.
