We had only seen two others before this one and as soon as we saw it we knew it was the one for us. We had one child already and a second on the way, so it was important to us that we had lots of space and as this one had already been extended it was perfect. We did, however, open up the kitchen and dining area to make it a better family orientated room and have redecorated, put in a new bathroom, wood burner and updated the heating system and replaced the windows and doors.
