I bought this home several years ago because I saw it had potential. These style houses are solid and really good value for the money. You still get a front and rear garden and plenty of room both upstairs and down.

The front garden was crying out to be converted into a drive and I did that almost straightaway and its made a huge difference.

I've had the property rented out now for a while and tenants are never hard to find. I'm pleased to say that the current tenants have really looked after it and I'm sure that it will make a wonderful home for the next owner.
