When we were looking to buy a property, we were really wanting a house that was near to the town and our work so that we didn't have to rely on using the car.

We loved the style of the house being it is a Victorian property. It also had some original features which appealed to us.

The garden is a sun trap and we would often be outdoors at the weekends in the summer months.

We are only selling now as we have had to relocate for work.
