Property description
Not often available in this stunning village location, this property also has particularly spacious accommodation. Step into a wonderful size lounge stretching across the front of the property and snuggle up in front of an open fire. If you are entertaining then the dining room is the perfect place to laugh and chat with all of your friends and family.
In the summer of course the sizeable corner plot garden beckons and is an ideal space to have a BBQ or just relax and enjoy the very best the British summer can offer. This truly is a lovely home to live in, as it is situated within the perimeters of The South Downs National Park with amazing bridle paths, and country walks spreading out in all directions. There is a small local village store and friendly pub.
Attached to the kitchen is a brick built storage shed, gardeners toilet and coal room crying out to be converted, with ample space in the garden you could extend the kitchen into a fabulous space, subject to the necessary permissions of course.
There is off road parking to the front for you and your guests.
We strongly recommend an early viewing.
What the Owner says:
I have lived here all my life, it’s been a great house, I have family in the area so won’t be moving far. The garden is a great size and I have often wondered if you could build another house on it.
The view of the hills is what I will miss, its great around here for the dogs but the house is just too big for me now and I’m looking for something smaller.
